LAR

LAR is an Augmented Reality Book in which virtual elements overlap the pages of the traditional book. The project aims to provide an immersive and interactive experience that enhances the traditional act of reading a book by using a narrative that dialogues with this premise of a crossover between reality and fiction.

Thereso, an adaptation of the book 'Alice Through the Looking Glass', by Lewis Carrol, was elaborated. The choice of the book was due to the ludic and sensory development of the narrative, where the main character is in a mirrored world (making analogy with the projected screen) in the midst of a chess match.
